Our teachers all have their  unique teaching style, and each uses different healing modalities, essential oils or soft massage or sound healing,  These will aid the release of tension and stress,(trauma)  as well as sooth anxiety. So. there is a class for everyone to enjoy the benefits of yoga.

We're all in need of healing. we need a safe place to just be, and

have a laugh, to connect with another human and watch the delight of life sparkle in their eyes. Yoga is the great uniter. without knowing we are swept into its embrace.
